I'd have to go old school, the original doom (Doom 1+2) from back in the day gave me a scare, i musta been like 8 or 9 when i first played it. And with our sound blaster card the ambient noise was just horrifying. Thats why Doom3 Scared the shit outa me, lil girls talking and shit, scary... Never played any other game that was really "Scary" like those mentioned here.
